What is your role?
Now what? Are you the builder, or are you the seller? Or the operator? You can be all of them, but let me tell you, I thought AI would create more hours in the day for me to work less, and I'll bet you thought the same. Instead, I've never worked this much in my life?!
Coding is no longer the bottleneck, a coding agent can write code at phenomenal speed, and humans can't keep up. Let's ship features 1-7 in a week, which pre-AI would have taken at least 6 weeks.
