React C# .NET Developer

At Celestify, we build smart web, mobile, and AI-powered apps that help startups and businesses solve real problems. We're growing our small, fully-remote team and looking for a React / C# .NET Developer to join us in supporting and evolving an enterprise SaaS application used by quality and compliance teams around the world.

This role requires close collaboration with the client team, clear written communication, and the ability to work independently from well-scoped GitHub issues. If you're a thoughtful engineer who thrives on problem-solving, communication, and getting things done, you'll fit right in.

Tech stack

• Frontend: React (TypeScript), Ant Design, Zustand
• Backend: C# .NET Framework 4.8 (WebAPI), Razor
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Collaboration: GitHub Issues, MS Teams
• DevOps: Git, GitHub Actions, Cloudflare, Windows servers

What you bring - Must haves

• Strong React development experience using TypeScript
• Proven backend experience with C# and .NET Full Framework (WebAPI preferred)
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you'll work directly with the client team daily
• Comfortable working from GitHub issues, asking clarifying questions, and proposing clean solutions
• Experience improving and debugging legacy systems
• Familiar with UI libraries like Ant Design or Bootstrap
• Reliable, responsive, and proactive in async collaboration

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with DotNetNuke (DNN) or other .NET CMS platforms
• Razor email templates and .NET email rendering experience
• Comfortable recording short screencasts or walkthroughs to explain solutions
• Understanding of enterprise UX and QA workflows
• Able to interpret client screenshots and reproduce bugs with limited context
